VIVO Infusion - Patient Resource Specialist

The Patient Resource Specialist is a key member of our team, working closely with patients to identify their needs, help educate them, and provide information about programs and resources.
In this role, you would review insurance benefits and any financial responsibilities with patients and educate and enroll them in qualifying financial resource programs and insurance plans. This individual will ensure that patients understand their insurance benefits and must have the ability to answer questions regarding financial concerns.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a thorough understanding of healthcare systems to effectively advocate for and support patients throughout their care journey. A strong foundational knowledge of insurance, healthcare policies, benefits, and resource programs is essential in this role. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years working with insurance and benefits in a similar role that approaches problem-solving and patient education with positivity and professionalism.
The Patient Resource Specialist will work remotely from a home office with a secure network. Travel with Vivo equipment is not permitted. Only candidates residing in the states below at the time of employment will be considered.
