Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

VIVO Infusion is seeking a key contributor to help drive the strategic financial direction of the company as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, driving performance through expert budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Your ability to develop sophisticated financial models and deliver exceptional stakeholder service will illuminate our path to achieving key organizational goals.

Our ideal candidate will have progressive experience in financial analysis, ideally within private equity, investment banking, or a large, publicly traded company.

Reports To: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Reporting to Vivo Infusion Corporate Office 3 days/week. (Hybrid | Tues-Thurs in office preference.)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and deliver analytical reports, including but not limited to financial analysis, variance analysis, proforma models, operational and statistical metrics, and financial statements to support timely decision-making
  • Become an expert in our financial data by analyzing results and identifying new reporting solutions
  • Communicate financial results and analysis within Finance and Accounting team and across the organization.
  • Validate accuracy and transparency of department’s deliverables
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
  • Support annual budget process for the organization.
  • Support periodic forecasting process and reporting.
  • Support other departments needs as necessary.
  • Engage in a collaborative team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Stretch your current knowledge and skills by partnering with other departments to compile data for models and operational budgets, reports, and strategies.
  • Maximize employee efficiency by leveraging technology to streamline and automate processes and reduce error rate.
  • Develop policies and procedures to document current and future processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and ensure accurate reporting
  • Support and execute special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years prior experience in Finance or Accounting required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements including but not limited to trend and variance analysis.
  • Highly competent in building simple and complex models for financial and business operations.
  • Able to deliver insightful analysis of their work when communicating with leadership.
  • Strong excel skills – at minimum: Logical Formulas, Lookup, Index Match, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and macros. Strong VBA and power query a plus.
  • Strong Power BI or SQL skills
  • Healthcare or corporate finance experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, including but not limited to the ability to set, track, and accomplish priorities and goals within the expected timetables.
  • Critical thinker who is motivated and able to develop creative solutions to complex, interpersonal, process, and systemic challenges.
  • Must possess outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and effectively with other staff members.
  • Passionate about accuracy and attention to details
  • Positive outlook to support self and team growth and experience.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, including a strong work ethic and reliability.

  • This role requires infrequent travel, local and domestic, less than 5% of the time. Travel is primarily by auto and plane.
  • Position may require working, periodically, outside normal business hours (responsibilities include working evenings and weekends when needed).
