Information Technology Assistant

Lakewood, CO

VIVO Infusion is looking for a full-time individual to provide IT support integration and implementation! The Information Technology Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the information technology department at Vivo Infusion. This position involves providing administrative support to the information technology department, managing documentation, managing physical access systems, and assisting with other tasks assigned. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. This position is not a remote or hybrid position and will be located at our Lakewood, CO corporate office.

Reports To: Director of Information Technology

Location: Regional, supporting clinics in:

  • 1726 Cole Blvd. Suite 250 Lakewood, CO 80401


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Management of physical access systems across the company.
  • Update documentation.
  • Manage and report on IT equipment PAR levels.
  • IT asset intake, processing and recording.
  • Provide a high level of customer support.

Additional Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with projects.
  • Attend necessary meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information. Adhere to HIPPA.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent, required.
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with others.
  • Must possess typing and computer skills.
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and work in a fast past environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role requires travel (5%) to Vivo clinics.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • The person in this position must be able to operate and drive a vehicle to work sites.
  • The employee is frequently required to sit and infrequently required to stand, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand; walk and talk, and hear. Requires excellent visual dexterity and manual dexterity; may occasionally install cables or equipment in tight physical environments.
  • Position may require working a non-traditional work schedule (periodically) or working outside normal business hours (responsibilities include working evenings and weekends when needed)
